What can I say, this show is legendary. A well-oiled machine run by loving, passionate, and hard working people. We filmed the episode, “Meant to Be,” for two weeks in the beginning of December when Chicago was getting a ton of snow already. Victor Macias, normally the A camera operator, has been directing several episodes of Chicago PD, including this one. His previous experience on the show has given him intimate knowledge of what the strongest elements are and he expresses them passionately and succinctly. And he is such a teddy bear <3 I really fell in love with Chicago and this group of people. Marina was incredibly generous as a scene partner - it’s evident in her work how much she truly cares for this show.

Lots of laughs on this set, lots of cold hands, and lots of love.
